*$25 per quarter hour fee for time spent with a misbehaving equine, or extensive trims that go beyond the typical time frame (about 30 minutes) decided at our discretion. This is intended to cover extenuating circumstances such as kicking, trampling, biting, and/or more difficult trims. This will not typically apply to the majority of appointments. Usual trimming time per horse is approximately 20 minutes.

- Mark your calendar for your scheduled appointment! (If you must change or cancel, inform us as soon as possible!)
- Prior to your appointment time, select a location with level ground and shade if possible.
- If there is inclement weather a covered level area is preferred.
- Please have your horse ready: caught, haltered, and hooves picked out, and given time to relax and become calm.
